End of the year show

Hello everyone! Like your teacher already probably told you, we are organizing (thanks to Julia one of our teacher) the end of the year show for all the dance classes.

I want to share with you some of the details about it.

Thematic of the show: What dance brings to the world

Location: centre culturel Altrimenti Luxembourg city

Date: June 17th

Time: Students from Vita and Noemie: 9:00 and 10:30

Students from Laura , Tiziana and Julia 14:00 16:00 and 18:00

The children will do all the representations ( 2 of the morning or 3 in the afternoon) depending on their group.

The parents and other viewers are choosing the show that they want to assist to.

Tickets will be distributed this week including the people who already paid last week

Price: The seats will be 20€/ seat and 12€/per child up to 12 years old included

Will be included in the price a sandwich for your child and a bottle of water.

Every family will have 8€ fee to receive a great movie download and pictures of the show. We will hire professional photographer for it.

If you have more than one person participating to the show with the same family name, you pay only one time the movie.

To validate the participation to the show, we will ask everyone to pay for 1 seat, starting this week, that seat will be used like a normal seat for one of the viewer (parents or family) and not for the child participating to the show. That will avoid choreographies to be broken if people decide last minute not to come.that seat will be for the family as the participants are not watching the show.

Costumes: Every teacher will let you know about the costumes as every class will have a different one. The fees will be discussed with the teachers.

We had a great moment with the last show and we will do our best to exceed it this time again.
