𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘀𝗔𝗽𝗽: +𝟯𝟱𝟮𝟲𝟵𝟭𝟴𝟵𝟮𝟮𝟮𝟰 We need to ensure that your activity will not damage our equipment or compete with our services. 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗗𝗘: Ask for the code the day before your visit. You will need it to access the room. It is your responsibility to request the code. 𝗥𝗢𝗢𝗠 𝗨𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦: You should watch the videos about the room you will use to understand and respect the rules. Please, have a look video instructions on our website on the “Locations FAQ” (Room rental FAQ) page. Note that ignorance of the room usage rules does not exempt you from penalties. 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧: Payment for the booking will be made on the spot, by leaving cash in envelopes inside the room. Don’t forget to mark your booking name on the envelope. 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬: • A booking cannot be canceled less than 24 hours before. • One early cancellation per every six bookings will be free. Any additional cancellations will incur a fee. This policy is to avoid blocking the schedule unnecessarily which is good for you and for us.
